Paneer is a fresh, mild and dence cheese that doesn’t melt. We can buy it in Indian grocery stores or can make paneer at home. It is a versatile vegetarian option. Paneer absorbs spices really well and cooks easily. Here I have added just enough spices in paneer cheese balls, for a good background flavour and aroma.
