How to make Kerala spiced chicken drumsticks
Kerala spiced chicken drumsticks - A traditional Kerala style chicken fry with aromatic masala. The piquant aroma and flavour of Kerala spices adds a unique touch to this chicken recipe.
We love chicken drumsticks; Kerala spiced chicken drumsticks is one of the best recipes that I have ever tried! Chicken legs are cheap and everything in this recipe is probably ready in your kitchen, and it is easy!
There are countless reasons why chicken is a go-to food for every meal. Not only is it delicious, it’s also easy to prepare and fairly inexpensive. When it comes to meal planning, there are two key elements to finding success: Timing and variety. If you don’t mix things up, everyone in your table will get bored of eating the same thing every day.

Looks delicious! Yum!
Thank you for your inspiration Vanessa:)
Lovely spices and presentation! Does 8 nos mean 8 pieces?
Thank you Kathryn. Yes no’s I mean pieces.
I made chicken drumsticks today too (sticky Asian themed marinade and basted while being oven baked) but other than sprinkling some sesame seeds over the top … well, they were kind of plain. Certainly, they didn’t have cute little ‘booties’ to keep the diner’s hands clean. 🙂
Very nice assortment of dips.
Thank you Boleyn. Nice to hear you tried some Asian themed chicken drumsticks. Try these booties next time. Those dip’s give some extra spice to these drumsticks.
They sound very tasty. 🙂
Thank you Boleyn.
