- Boiled mixed vegetables (cubed) – 1/2 cup
- Kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves) – 1 tsp
- Butter or ghee – 3 tsp
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
- Grated mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup
Recipe for macaroni Pasta Indian style
Time needed: 35 minutes.
Method
In a pan boil 1 litre of water
Add 1 cup of macaroni to the boiling water
- Add 3 tbsp of oil to the water (adding oil will prevent pasta sticking together)

- Gently stir the water

- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil
