  • Peeled cooked tomatoes (Canned or fresh) – 5 numbers
  • Boiled mixed vegetables (cubed) – 1/2 cup
  • Kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves) – 1 tsp
  • Butter or ghee – 3 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
  • Grated mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup

Recipe for macaroni Pasta Indian style

Time needed: 35 minutes.

Method


  1. In a pan boil 1 litre of water

    In a pan boil one litre of water


  2. Add 1 cup of macaroni to the boiling water

  • 1 tsp Kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup Cheese (mozerella cheese or cheddar cheese)

Instructions

For cooking pasta

  • In a pan, boil one litre of water
  • Add one cup of macaroni into the boiling water
  • Add 3 tbsp of oil and salt to the water (adding oil helps pasta not sticking each other)
  • When the pasta is fully cooked, strain and add 2 tbsp of olive oil, stir and keep aside

For cooking

  • In a pan heat 3 tbsp of oil
  • Add green cardamoms, mace, ginger, garlic and saute for few minutes
  • Add sliced onion cook till translucent
  • Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala
  • Cook till masala leaves oil
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add peeled cooked tomatoes (either fresh or canned tomatoes)
  • Cook the sauce and blend in a mixer
  • Pour the sauce in a pan, reeat and add the cooked mixed vegetables
  • Cook the sauce in a slow fire and add kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • Mix in the cooked pasta into the gravy
  • Add 1 tbsp of honey and 3 tbsp of fresh cream
  • Add cheese and mix well
  • Your Indian style macaroni pasta is ready to serve hot
