- 10 nos king prawns
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 3/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (to grill the prawns)
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 1 alphonso mango (cut into cubes)
- 1 lemon wedges
- salt (to taste)
Clean and de-vain the prawns, keep the tail for presentation purpose.
Mix the prawns with the above ingredients, except mangoes and coconut oil.
Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour to marinate.
In a hot pan or griddle, with the coconut oil grill the prawns for 3 to 4 minutes both sides.
Serve it in the skews with the alphonso mangoes and a wedge of lemon. Enjoy your meal!!
